10 almonds
.5 tbsp walnuts
1 tsp simple seed mix
1 tbsp + 1 tsp trail power mix (gojis, cacao, cashews)
1/2 tsp coconut
1 tsp flax seed

Want a healthy snack for work today? Here are a few ingredients you might have lying around, that when thrown together make the BEST option. 

With super-foods like goji berries and delicious sources of protein like almonds you can't go wrong. You'll get wonderful sweetness from the coconut and a dose of omega-3's from the flax seed!
