Frushi- Fruit Sushi? WHAT!?

No, we don't mean fish and fruit. We mean frushi!

Want a great snack idea that looks cute and is fish friendly!? 

This dish is a cute little appetizer, and tastes amazing! The trick? Add coconut milk to your rice after you've cooked it. Usually 1/4 cup of coconut milk per cup of cooked rice. This will help give it the correct consistency so that you can mold it together.

Take any of your favorite spring fruits, whether it be blackberries, strawberries, oranges or hey-even bananas and top the rice! If you want to make it a treat, you can always drizzle some chocolate and then you've got a healthy desert.
